3 companies offering brilliant benefits

Job satisfaction is great, – there’s nothing like knowing you’re doing a good job and receiving regular positive feedback on your progress. Being well paid is massively important too, but increasingly job seekers are looking beyond the salary line on job applications for those little extras: the things that not only speak to the culture of the company they’re thinking about joining, but which will also add additional quality and benefit to their lives.

One report indicated that 68.2% of job hunters said they were more likely to take a job if an employer offered them a good additional benefits package. So what can those perks look like? Share schemes, pensions, annual bonuses, health, wellness and parental extras, cycle to work schemes, flexible and hybrid working, as well as free food and beverages are all some of the extras you might spot.
