Merchant Localisation Product Manager, Paris
The Merchant Localisation Product Manager will help Klarna to ensure products meet the needs of local merchants. You’ll have experience in user research and communicating insights to product development teams to achieve product-market fit. You’ll know how to get things done and have a strong ability in stakeholder management at all levels.
The ideal candidate will drive awareness of both merchant happiness gaps enabling central product teams to take action and deliver high-quality products. You will understand and analyse Klarna as well as competitors’ products from the lens of both consumers and merchants. You will require a deep understanding of the experience from a merchant point-of-view to be the voice of merchants in the market by building an aggregated view of product issues to identify trends and patterns and work proactively to address quality issues.
You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills in French along with a BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. The ability to quickly understand the big picture and present local product requirements in a global and strategic setting will also be beneficial.
Vendor Delivery Manager, Amsterdam
As a Vendor Delivery Manager, you will own the overall outsourcing strategy, business relationship and budget for Klarna’s outsourced operations across a specific region. This includes interacting with multiple BPOs in various rightshoring locations as well as Klarna’s internal stakeholders playing a pivotal role in the support operations. The company is looking for someone passionate about leading customer service processes and who has worked within BPOs across various geographies.
The successful candidate will have an overview of Klarna’s service operations and identify and act on outsourced business risks and opportunities. They will oversee existing vendor relationships across various geographies and be responsible for and manage delivery, vendor KPI fulfilment and act on deviations if necessary. They will dig into details, identify gaps and opportunities in delivery to drive change by analysing large data sets.

You are comfortable partnering with individual contributors, vendors and executives. You understand the dynamic and importance of change and stakeholder management and you have the ability to influence others to make the team to quickly adapt to new ways of working and thinking.
Senior Product Designer, London
You will be part of one of the multidisciplinary teams which build products and experiences for customers to shop, pay and bank with Klarna. You will oversee the design vision and execution in one of the problem spaces and closely work with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, UX Researchers and UX Writers to deliver great customer experiences.
You will drive the product design process from discovery to implementation in one of the problem spaces in one of the business areas of Klarna, while working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in your team and collaborating with Designers, UX Researchers, UX Writers and Marketers. You will transform complex and abstract concepts and challenges into well-articulated, tangible solution ideas with a strong problem solving mindset and craft excellence.
The ideal candidate will need to have at least five-plus years of relevant design experience in digital products, specifically in consumer-facing mobile and web applications. You will have experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles, along with a great understanding and showcase of product thinking, storytelling and design craft.
