Meet Heather

Heather is a marketing communication professional with 7+ years of proven success in digital marketing in the public sector. She has developed award-winning digital marketing campaigns with the cities of Los Angeles and Sunnyvale in California, Missouri City in Texas, and the S.L.E. Lupus Foundation in New York.

Before joining Tyler Technologies, Heather served as the social media project manager for the City of Los Angeles. In this role, she leveraged social insights, analytics, and trends to drive digital marketing strategy, cultivate new audiences, and support retention efforts. Heather has a M.S. in Professional and Technical Communication from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Journalism from Rutgers University.
