The Pure Goat Company: What you need to know

The Pure Goat Company was founded in 2018 by Frank and Rogier, who wanted to use all their baby food knowledge to develop the best formula based on Goat milk.

The company aims to provide an alternative to cow’s milk-based baby formula.

The organically certified formulas of the company are made with full cream goat milk from The Netherlands. According to the company, crucial nutrients have been added to support healthy growth and development, including GOS fibres and Omega-3 DHA from Algae.

Right now, the company’s products are showcased on some of the biggest shelves in the Netherlands – Albert Heijn, Picnic, Etos, and other online supermarkets.

Investors

Established in 1936, FLEM Global Trading is a family-owned company that expanded from a local to a global trading company. Based out of Rotterdam, the company is known for trading A-branded consumer goods.

Currently, the company is active in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and South America.

Lennart van Woerkom of FLEM says, “At FLEM we look for scale-ups with potential to break into global export markets. At Pure Goat, we see a strong product with highest possible quality and ingredients set up, team and vision which will be able to transcend national borders.”
