Hrtech startup inFeedo has raised $12 Mn in a Series A funding round led by Jungle Ventures. Tiger Global also participated in the funding round, with investors such as Bhavin Turakhia of Zeta, Sreedhar Peddineni of Gainsight, Suman Gopalan of Freshworks, and Ankur Warikoo.
With the funding round, the total capital raised by inFeedo reached $16 Mn.
With the incoming funds, inFeedo is looking to triple its product line, quadruple revenue, double its team, and accelerate growth in Southeast Asia, India and the US, in the next couple of years
Along with these plans, the startup has also scheduled a second ESOP buyback round for all its employees.
To accomplish this, inFeedo said it is currently hiring for more than 140 remote roles across all functions, especially marketing, product, engineering and sales in these regions.
The startup also plans to continue its rapid growth in the region and accelerate the go-to-market strategy for North America.
Founded by Tanmaya Jain and Varun Puri in 2016, inFeedo is an employee experience platform, which includes people analytics that helps companies predict attrition, burnout and disengagement among its employees.
inFeedo’s AI chatbot, called Amber, also doubles up as the ‘Chief Listening Officer’ to the CEO. Amber has intelligent conversations with employees to find hidden gaps in their culture, managers and wellbeing in real-time.
Amber is available in more than 100 languages and customers include a wide range of companies in terms of sizes and sectors.
Amber speaks to 30,000 employees in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
According to inFeedo, it serves more than 175 companies, which includes the likes of Samsung, TATA, Godrej, Bharti, Unacademy, Paytm and OYO.
