IPO-bound eyewear giant Lenskart is raising close to $97 Mn in the ongoing Series I round of investment from Epiq Capital. The development came a couple of days after it had raised $24.7 Mn from Epiq Capital followed by $100 Mn from AlphaWave Ventures.
Peyush Bansal-led Lenskart to receive $97 Mn (INR 760 Cr) has allotted around 364K Series I CCPS to Epiq Capital. As per Inc42’s estimate, the funding was raised at valuation of $4.3 Bn
The round seems to be part of a bigger round to have been reported earlier and is now coming in tranches.
