Vendor Delivery Manager, Klarna

As a Vendor Delivery Manager, you will own the overall outsourcing strategy, business relationship and budget for the outsourced operations across a specific region. This includes interacting with multiple BPOs in various rightshoring locations as well as Klarna’s internal stakeholders playing a pivotal role in the support operations. They are looking for someone passionate about leading customer service processes and who has worked within BPOs across various geographies.

You think, act and communicate clearly and confidently with team members and stakeholders across the company. You are comfortable partnering with individual contributors, vendors and executives. You understand the dynamic and importance of change and stakeholder management and you have the ability to influence others to make the team to quickly adapt to new ways of working and thinking.

Senior Frontend Engineer, iwoca

iwoca started in 2012 and was born out of the frustration that small businesses lack the access to finance they need to reach their potential. Their belief then was that technology must enable them to significantly shorten the archaic 8-week bank application process which more often than not results in a ‘no’. Nearly a decade later and they have served more than 50,000 businesses across the UK and Germany with more than £2 billion of finance. Their personal best from a business starting an application to money in the bank is 3m26s (faster than Mo Farah on 1,500 meters). It’s a good start, but it’s just the beginning.

They like to work on Agile-ish processes, which means features or projects go live in days or weeks rather than months or years.
