B2B Marketing Associate, Klarna

Klarna is looking for a Marketing Associate that possesses the ability to combine creativity and business acumen in order to elevate brand equity across all relevant channels. You will support the UK & Ireland B2B Senior Marketing Manager by planning and executing retailer facing campaigns and activations in-market. You understand how the UK&I business operates, supporting several marketing activities and sourcing materials and assets. You will execute marketing plans to support the UK&I business goals and drive the adoption of Klarna’s business solutions amongst many partners.

To succeed in this role you will be capable of coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders and priorities with the gravitas to both consult and execute in one of the best marketing organisations in the world. You won’t be afraid to ask why, pitch new ideas and bring them to fruition.

You believe in Klarna’s vision of becoming the world’s most powerful growth partner and shopping destination. You will execute and evaluate marketing efforts to develop the right messaging and campaigns to accelerate the adoption of Klarna’s business solutions in the UK&I market. The successful candidate will work closely with Klarna’s global B2B/EU marketing team to report results.

Product Designer, iwoca

iwoca is breaking down the barriers that stop Europe’s 20 million small businesses accessing finance. Traditional banks are slow with rigid terms and burdensome criteria. In contrast, they use technology to offer flexible access to credit with five minute online applications and near-instant decisions. They are looking for a passionate problem-solver, experienced Product Designer to help them cater and usher finance for businesses. You’ll be joining a rapidly growing product team which currently includes three designers.

The ideal candidate will need a great understanding of what good design is and an articulated way of explaining it, along with a user driven attitude and the ability to be analytical and empathetic while researching problems, needs and solutions. Experience with working in cross functional teams with Developer, Product managers is crucial, as is the ability to break down and communicate complex systems to users and the skill to go from a sketch to a living high fidelity prototype in motion or code.

You will always have a say in the goings on of the company and have the opportunity to really make a difference for small businesses. They will encourage you to build your own skills, whether it’s attending workshops or getting involved in new areas of the business.

Financial Crime Operations Manager, Monzo

Monzo is looking for an experienced Financial Crime Operations Manager to be a leader for their Financial Crime Team Leaders and their Financial Crime Customer Operations (COps) team.

In Financial Crime Customer Operations they protect Monzo, customers, and wider society from financial crime, to help Monzo achieve its mission of making money work for everyone. They believe that their Financial Crime COps are best placed to deliver this when they have a holistic understanding of financial crime tasks and typologies. This means that they tackle all types of financial crime as one financial crime team, working together to address money laundering, fraud, sanctions breaches, terrorist financing, bribery, corruption, tax evasion, and more. To facilitate this, you’ll have the opportunity to lead teams working on a broad variety of financial crime tasks.

You’ll also have responsibility for some disciplinary and grievance matters, and work closely with your colleagues in other COps teams and the People team to make sure that we apply these policies fairly across all areas of the COps team.
