In order to get there, small businesses are embracing digital tools that can help with saving time, generating leads, and improving relationships with their customers. What about productivity? However, making the leap to a truly mobile workforce is not an easy feat. In order to ensure that your workforce is mobile first and able to work from anywhere, businesses first need to ensure they have centralised access to information.

Being mobile allows team members to update on a customer meeting instantly rather than waiting till they get back to the office. This also saves team members time on access to crucial information so that another member can follow up in the absence of a primary person. CRM facilitates this flow of information by allowing team members to stay connected and offering integration with other apps.

Simplified reporting

Businesses should become data-driven by first understanding their goal with the data they have. Before getting immersed into the data, businesses should internally decide what’s important to them and then try to glean that insight from data.
