Zug, Switzerland-based Demand, a demand generation platform for B2B companies, announced that it has merged Saleshub, ExactVisitor, and Techtracker, into one unit under its umbrella. .
According to Jesper Qvist, founder and CEO of Demand, the company’s methodology is the most affordable way for a B2B company to target, identify and acquire the next customer.
Jesper Qvist says, “Now you may ask why the merger between the three companies? It is very clear for us when talking to customers; they all want a unified process for landing new customers and syncing them to their CRM when a meeting is booked. Demand is not just a brand but also a process we are standing behind. By result is the ultimate way to grow your online presence, create a relationship, and capture high intent leads from your website.”
Raised $6.3M
The company also announced that it has raised $6.3M (approximately €6.1M) while remaining bootstrapped. This means the company posted a $6.3M profit last year after tax, and they’ve rolled 100 per cent of it into future growth rather than profit distribution.
“This means all customers are in safe hands as we focus on the bigger opportunity and serve all customers while growing fast and keeping our prices down for you,” he says.
According to Jasper, the company is set to be valued at around $220M, considering the VCs that have expressed interest, month-on-month growth rate, profit, and costs.
“That is not bad for a bootstrapped company, not having taken any outside funding but only caring about every customer,” he says.
Further, the company is planning to introduce Demand+, a subscription-based platform that will provide exclusive access to training all around Demand Generation.
“This is a perk that pays back your subscription 10X alone. Also, this will extend as an inclusive community to support our members, employees, customers, and partners,” adds Jesper.
