Product Designer, Doctolib

Founded in 2013, Doctolib is the fastest growing e-health service in Europe. They provide healthcare professionals with services to improve the efficiency of their organisation, transform their patients’ experience, and strengthen cooperation with other practitioners. They help patients to access care easily, with online appointment scheduling, teleconsultations and receiving their prescriptions online.

Doctolib is on a mission to transform access to healthcare and is looking for a Product Designer to work on its new products. It’s hard to find a more diverse skill set than the one you’ll find in the Design team: User Research, Brand Design, UX Writing, Design Operations and Product Design of course. Yet, all the team members have something in common: they care about providing the best experience to our users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and designing the best solution for users (patients and healthcare professionals). They will be leading design processes and methodologies within their feature team: from feature prioritisation to final sketches and product optimisation along the way. The ideal candidate will be a full stack designer, at ease on both UX and UI methodologies, with minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast paced environment. They will study, prioritise, draw, present, sharpen, iterate, and sketch to create the most elegant designs and experiences.

Senior Manager, Customer Support, Klaviyo

Klaviyo is a world-leading marketing automation platform dedicated to accelerating revenue and customer connection for online businesses. Klaviyo makes it easy to store, access, analyse and use transactional and behavioral data to power highly-targeted customer and prospect communications. The company’s hybrid customer-data and marketing-platform model allows
companies to grow by fostering direct relationships with customers, without giving up their valuable data to popular big-tech ad platforms.

The Senior Manager of Customer Support will lead a team of EMEA Support Managers (and by proxy their teams of Product Experts) to deliver on the vision of the Global Customer Support team to deliver a world class customer experience. You’ll be responsible for the growth and development of your team, driving efficiency, and acting as an escalation point for issues (resolving them as they arise), and helping to develop the strategies necessary to reach Klaviyo’s goals.

The position reports to the Director of Customer Success and works closely with other teams and leaders across the company, fully owning the customer support experience and corresponding company metrics for their region. This person will be analytical, have a demonstrated track record of relentless, effective execution, and be excited to tackle some of Klaviyo’s most challenging opportunities for improving the customer experience.

Computing DevOps Engineer, Outbrain

Outbrain is the world’s leading content discovery platform, serving over 300B personalised recommendations monthly, reaching over 800M users from across the globe. To support this scale, they manage a fleet of over 7000 physical servers, spread across several data centers. Scalability, reliability, and “building the right thing” are in their genes, and they embrace
automation and open-source.

They are looking for a passionate team player to join their team. You will be part of a talented group of professionals, responsible for automating the physical data centre operations and managing their own private cloud. The successful candidate will design, implement and maintain API services for managing and controlling company data centre operations. They will provide self-serve tools for hardware configuration, while building and maintaining object store open source solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in writing code in Python or Ruby. Experience with Object Oriented programming is an advantage, along with at least 2 years of experience with Linux based OS and Bash scripting and 2 years of experience in automating deployments using configuration and deployment management tools such as Chef, Jenkins,
Docker or others.
