France’s digital service platform Valtech acquires Dutch-based B2B digital consultancy Evident


Valtech, a French digital service and business transformation agency, announced that it has acquired B2B digital consultancy Evident. 

The announcement comes a month after acquiring Absolunet, a professional services firm specialising in commerce and digital transformations.

Based out of the Netherlands and Portugal, Evident offers transformative solutions for B2B clients, including Atlas Copco, Vanderlande, Aalberts Industries, NCOI, and Mazars.

Ferry Meijndert, CEO of Evident, says, “I am really looking forward to the opportunity to grow our international business even faster in the B2B market, within the context of Valtech. The timing of us getting together couldn’t have been better, given the growth momentum in the B2B market.” 

How does this acquisition benefit Valtech?

According to Valtech, Evident’s relationships with Microsoft Azure and Intershop broaden and deepen the scope of technology partnerships it can offer their clients, including SAP Hybris, commercetools, VTEX, Optimizely, and Salesforce, among others. 

“The addition of Evident is set to supercharge Valtech’s already impressive global commerce footprint,” write the press release.
